Repair or replacement?
- Broken concrete posts can be replaced and the panels re-used if they are still in good condition. This will involve breaking out the old concrete base and replacing it.
- Timber posts can usually be repaired with fence repair spike/spurs, this eliminates the need to replace a whole timber post. Alternatively, they can be replaced with more durable concrete posts if you prefer.
- Damaged fence panels are easily replaced, as are damaged fence boards or slats.
- I recommend a full fence replacement if 50% or more is of your fence is rotted or damaged, this will be more cost effective in the long run.
