The advice I always give to people (and follow myself) is to keep on top of property maintenance. Don’t let small jobs turn into bigger more expensive jobs further own the line. I recommend that you try to update a room or two each a year, and that you always look after your home exterior – after all, its your home that looks after you, especially in the winter months.
